I think it's required that downtown cities should be impossible to drive through.
Now that I think about it, you're absolutely right. Our downtown here in NYC is a madhouse. Even tho I'm from NYC, I still get lost...
I think it's also required that downtown streets all be "One Way"--UGH!! So frustrating!!
